Has anyone every used a type of flea collar called "Ultrasonic Flea
Collar"? Supposedly, this collar emits an ultrasonic wave the repels
fleas.
They cost about $30.00 and run on a small battery cell.
I'm not too sure about these, but I thought about keeping a flea collar
on my two kitties since my mom has three dogs that are outside alot.
My kitties are inside cats, but I don't want to get fleas from the
dogs.
Any thoughts/advice?

They are the best thing to hit the market.
And you can get them much cheaper,[no plug] on home shopping. I paid
that much for my first, now I think they are about 15.00. The only
thing is they might to be heavy for small cats.
