4517.0. "Kitten FREE to a good home" by BOWLES::BOWLES (Bob Bowles - T&N EIC/Engineering) Tue Apr 02 1991 23:37

    FREE to a very good home:

    "SABRINA" 9-10 month old kitten, female, unspayed, gray&white,
    medium-long hair, litter trained, very friendly, has been indoors-only
    but anxious to get outside.

    This kitten was left with my roommate and I by his ex-girlfriend. I
    wish we were home enough to give her the attention she deserves, but
    she'd be better with someone who travelled less frequently.
    I am not in a particular hurry to find her a home, I would rather take
    the time to find her the right one.

    For a picture and other particulars (on a postscript printer):

    	$copy/log BOWLES::SABRINA.PS *.*
    	$print    sabrina.ps  /queue=your_queue_name /param=data=post

    If you are interested, please send me mail. My dtn is 223-9077 but I
    would prefer mail.

4517.1Great poster!XNOGOV::LISAGive quiche a chanceWed Apr 03 1991 04:479
    Print this poster out - it is the best ad for a cat that I have ever seen!

    Well done Bob - I hope she finds a good home soon, but it sounds to me
    like she's already got one ;-)

	You might want to put your name and node address on the postscript
	file, so when people see it or print it out they will have all the
	information in front of them.

	Just an idea.

4517.5Good luck finding a home...DEMON::MURPHYThu Apr 04 1991 10:256
    I printed it out and it is adorable. I've also posted it on one of our
    bulletin boards here. Good luck in finding her a home, and if you
    can't get her spayed before then, please keep her indoors so she won't
    have an "accidental" litter. :-)

    I tried to copy it at the $ sign and it said " error opening
    bowles::sabrina as input - directory lookup failed." What did I do
    wrong?? I have a post script printer and would like to print out this
    picture.

    Thanks -

	I just copied it now with no trouble. Tricia, what node are you
	trying to copy the file to? GRANPA appears to know about BOWLES,
	so that's not the problem, but if you're on a hidden area work-
	station, you might have a problem.

	If all else fails, I can mail it to ya :^}

    Thanks for the update Bob. I was wondering if I should take
    my Sabrina poster down from outside my office.
     I'll leave it up.
