    There has been some discussion about dispensing meds, and the
    need to keep things (e.g., eyedropper) clean, even with only
    one cat (so it doesn't keep re-infecting itself).  All the MORE
    important with more than one cat.
    
    I have been privately ordering in volume 5cc and 1cc oral syringes
    from BAXA pharmaceutics.  These are ordinarily used, and dispensed,
    by Angell Mem hospital for oral medications.  They (the syringes,
    not Angell :-) have a nice long tip, and easy-to-read levels for
    dispensing exact amounts.  They also come with little blue caps,
    e,g., if you want to pre-fill a syringe for later/for someone else,
    etc., so nothing leaks.  These syringes do NOT fit needles...
    strictly for oral meds.
    
    They are available in sizes from 1/2 cc to [many] cc's, and are
    available in amber (for light sensitive meds...but that's only
    important if you are going to store meds for a period of time,
    and leave out on counter, etc.), and also sterile.  These two
    types cost extra, btw.
    
    The larger the volume sale, the less per item.  I buy by the 500,
    and the cost per is about 15 cents each, including cap (which I
    rarely use.  It is so nice not to have to wash out the meds,
    or worry about whether any germies are left, etc.  And some
    nutritional suplements are so oily that the dispenser is impossible
    to clean!
    
    I would be happy to order in larger volume, thus reducing cost,
    and distribute to others, again at no cost to me but the cost of
    items, and any shipping expenses to get it to you.   Most of you
    might not want 100 or 1000, but I could break orders down to
    what you want.
    
    BTW, the BAXA people pointed out that the one use they could think
    of for veterinary use for the sterile syringe would be opthalmological
    liquids.  I've only ever used tubes of ointment, but maybe someone
    might need to dispense a sterile liquid.
    
    There are also neat TOPS for bottles of meds that make filling the
    syringe trouble free.  Ask if you want details.

as I live in California, it would be a hassle to break out an order for me,
however, I could really use some of these for my crew and for passing out
to friends who need to medicate their felines.

I would like to get approx. 20 of them.  Let me know where to send money

    Okay, I'll be happy to send some to you and anyone else who wants
    them.
    
    But please tell me:  20 of which size?
    	The only ones I have right now at home are the 5cc and 1cc
    	size, in clear plastic, with blue markers.  These are clean
    	(new f	       f   
    	rom the manufacturer, but *not* sterile, and will be
    	touched by my [washed] hands...no, I won't let my cats
    	lick them or anything weird like that.
    
    I'll check tomorrow on prices.  There are lots of other goodies,
    like the bottle caps.  That is trickier...I'll have to see if I
    can get the "template" (for finding top size) by the dozen or so.
    And the tops are difficult to get without large quantities (anyone
    want 100 bottletops :-).
    
    Please contact me directly for specific orders.  I'll charge my
    cost (the more we order at one time, the less per syringe) plus
    shipping (postage or parcel post, etc. depending upon volume) that
    I incur.
    
    (I'll also share volume orders of carriers, scratching boxes,
    litter boxes, etc., but I will not get involved in shipping those
