I need your help, feliners!

somewhere in this conference is information about an air filtering system
that some of you have purchased (price range was $500+ if I remember correctly).
I need some info about this filter - I am suffering from environmental
allergies (dust mites, pollen, smoke from woodfires, gases from wood) and
I am really in need of such a device.  I also could use some info about a
vacuum cleaner that is recommended for people like me - a Rainbow or something?

		Any help is appreciated,

	See the replies 654.12 and 654.13 in the CONSUMER_REPORTS note (keyworded CONSUMER_REPORTS). Also, I've added the keyword Alpine_Air to these notes. Also, these folks advertize in CATS and Cat Fancy. By the way, I've found that this works wonderfuly on my environmental allergies, especially all of the local pollution from all the wood stoves it the area. Deb
