I am looking for an orange tabby kitten to give to my fiance for her birthday
on Thursday, Dec 13.  I am looking for an orange tabby, because we wouild like
to call him Hobbes, of Calvin and Hobbes fame.  I think that we would prefer a
male, to keep the integrity of the name, but I would consider a female. 

We already have 2 cats that she has had for 8 and 9 years and I have had for 6
months, since we moved in together.  We are very good parents who take care of 
our cats and give them a lot of love.  

The above is my preference, but I would consider something else in the interest
of expediting the adoption by Thursday.  I am planning a surprize for her, when
she comes home late from a meeting on Thursday night.

    Have you checked the previous note about Priscilla who needs to get
    rid of some 20 cats and kittens.  I think the note is 4241 but don't
    hold me to that.  She sounds like a cat angel to me.

I apologize for taking so long to post this reply, but I have been very busy.
My fiance has decided that she no longer wants to get a kitten.  We decided that 
2 cats is enough for now.  If we do decide that we want to get a kitten, this 
notesfile will be the first place I come to.  

I was quite astonished by all of the responses that I received to my note and 
how helpful people were.
