My mom lost her cat Nika last February and has finally decided to get
another one. She would like a long or medium hair female. She would
prefer a kitten but an older cat might be okay. Her primary concern
is that it be healthy and if possible, already tested and clear of
FeLV. (That's what Nika died of.)
I've told her about the kitties available for adoption listed in this
notesfile and she is going to check them out. In the meantime, if
anyone knows of a kitty that fits the description, please contact her
by E-Mail (MSBCS::OLOUGHLIN). My mom's name is Peg and she works in
Boxboro.

My mom was able to find a kitten!!! She is now just 8 weeks old, has
medium hair and is tri-colored. (I haven't seen the cat or the
pictures, so thats the best I can do for a description). The only
thing is , Mom has to wait another couple of weeks before she can
take the little one home (:-( . Thanks to everyone who replied.
Now its time to talk Mom into getting a friend for the new kitten!
