Hi. There is _some_ reference to the shelter you are asking about -
the latest one that I know of is 3549.1 and 3549.2!

I have heard of people ADOPTING pets from the Sterling shelter but I do
no know for sure that it is a no-kill one. I wonder if you called them
if they would give out that information.

Have faith and patience....just keep spreading the word about Mr. Tang
and you WILL find a home for him. Trust me!

    hello......

I have called the Sterling Humane Shelter. I felt, just by talking to
the woman in charge, that she was "IN BUSINESS" not----loving to
animals. I have strays and still more strays. I was trying to place
them. She gave me her rules and also asked for a certain donation, and
if they weren't place after a month would be asking for more money.

I don't mind a single donation, but these places "are in business" to
"HELP" these poor creatures not make big bucks! I do NOT trust
Sterling -- so please don't send Mr. Tang there!

I have place a cat and her litter about a year ago in the Lancaster
Humane Society, nor sure if there are still there. They are right
beside the Lancaster Animal Hospital, and they can refer you to them
too. The last time I was by there, it looked empty. The nearest ones
I know of are: Framingham. At times though, they are full, especially
    this time of year.

Berlin has a CAT-NIP kennel. She will place Mr. Tang for boarding fees
per nite, but it's a safe place.

    Good Luck...

    Carol
