after his pounce & yank adventures she'd be very happy to have
    your three.

| | I could lend you Zildjian - just look at her wrong and she hisses. Pat
her wrong and you could lose an eye or finger. That would convince her
    that your 3 are angels.

| | Phil - it all sounds so familiar.

This morning I woke up to hear my hubby holding up Henri in the air
saying (in a put-on hard Glaswegian accent) "OK Yeer barred from this 'ere
beydroom - d'ya hear me now, jimmie? Ah say yeer barrrred!"

Her crime? She bit his big toe. It was his fault for sticking it out
of the bed in the first place.....

| | If you were closer, I would marry you. I haven't found *any* gentleman
who can handle 3 cats on a bed (one under the covers) in the US of A.

Besides, without our *babies*, life would be so dull and boring. I get
more hugs and kisses from Black Thunder than I get from my 2 girls
    (human).

| | We don't have that problem at all. Our cats have been trained
to keep off the bed. Unless there is a major problem and they are
trying to get our attention. But that doesn't happen offen. For
example the only time they will jump on the bed is if they want
a snack at 3 in the morning. Or it's Saturday at 6 am and they haven't
been fed yet. Or if one is chasing the other and he needs to take
a short cut. The only other time they jump up on the bed is to check
to see if we are asleep yet. See how well we're trained! (i mean
    the cats). No problem here...

| | You mean there are some people out there who don't want cats
to sleep on the bed with them? The cats are natural bed-warmers
and cut down on the heating bills. If your potential spouse
can't see the logic of that, get rid of him/her.

my dynamic duo are/is in agreement about sleeping on the bed in the
winter when it is cold. (i get pinned in, with one on each side.)

howsoever...in the summer, when i have the fan running, they rarely
want to sleep on the bed. maybe they don't like the breeze ruffling
    their fur...?

Have you ever experienced that feeling when you wake up and think
that your legs have been stolen?

I did this morning when I tried to get out of bed and couldn't get
    my legs to work.

I suppose it could have had something to do with three fat cats
lying on them but I'm not sure;-)

| | My heat seeker, Zildjian, was getting to be such a pest cuz she would
get as close as close can be to my calves, that I couldn't get a good
nights sleep. But I found a solution.

I put the heating pad on her favorite chair with a thick towel over it
and THAT is her sleeping place now. I kinda miss her sleeping on me
    tho, (sometimes).

| | Lightning may be the *under the covers* kitty but Thunder and DejaVu
have more fun on top of them. They use mom's body as a mountain to
*soar* over or her legs as hills to *hide behind*. If I DARE to move
one inch, Thunder attacks the *monster under the covers*. It's even
more fun when Thunder lays down right on top of a *warm, soft mound*
that just happens to be Lightning.

And people wonder why I look so tired and sleep at my desk.......

One night, my boyfriend was trying to move his feet and
he couldn't. He sat up, looked to see what was on his feet
and saw nothing. By this time I'm awake. He sits up again, and
starts laughing as he realized what was in his way. T.K. had
wrapped himself up in the afghan on top of the covers so was
hidden from sight. We were quite amused.
I'm lucky too I guess since my SO doesn't mind the cats on
the bed with us. Of course, T.K. gets the boot once in a while
because he doesn't know when to mind his own business.
	;-)

    Hmmph.

I say, what's wrong with having a cat or two or five in bed with you?
Now that Jesse isn't sleeping atop my feet, and Bonnie isn't helping me
to count to twenty-one any more (with her teeth!), (and I've trained
the rest to sleep on Nancy's side), what's wrong with it?

Besides, I'm starting to like waking up in the middle of the night with
a cat sleeping on my neck. If it weren't for the fact that I'm still
allergic to the rascals, it wouldn't bother me in the least. Besides,

the cats pay more attention to me in bed than Nancy!

I feel so much better, thanks for requesting my presence!

Ok, well six pairs of eyes. If it isn't a catbed or food then
