This stinks! Those tenants ought to be left out in the cold for
a while, and made to scramble for their own food! Can you report
them to the SPCA, and see if they can at least be punished for their
cruel abandonment of these cats? Ahhhh!!! This kind of thing makes
me SO angry!
By the way, where are these cats located? I can't take 2 more,
much as I would love to, but I'd be more than happy to send you
a donation for food, if you'll publish an address.
Thank goodness you're there for them....

| Yes, I agree if you know the people by name who left them behind,
report them to the MSPCA (if you are in Massachussetts) at once!

division.

| this sort of thing doesn't surprise me much. This is how Mozie
came to live with me when he had been left behind in the middle
of winter when he was about ssix months old. And Jemma came
to live with me when I found her in the dumpster in the back of
the apartment complex after another set of neighbors moved, she
was about three months old and obviously wasn't expected to find
her way out of there, she has been terrified of feeling cold
metal under her feet ever since.
The Mspca at the time said they couldn't do much about it as
I needed to know where the people were moving to and I needed
proof positive, not just my word that these cats were abandoned
by these people. At the time they said that it was easier to
ascertain ownership of a dog (because of licening records etc)
than cats. This wass about four years ago..maybe things have
changed.
