| It's about time! I think it's great and hope it passes.
On a somewhat similar note, did anyone see the Today Show this morning?
Bryant Gumbel interviewed some British photographer/commercial producer
(he made the "Reebok let's UBU" commercial). Anyway, they showed a
clip of an anti fur coat commercial in which the models walked down the
aisle swinging their fur coats and blood appeared on the audience. It
was really disgusting, but made a dramatic point. I've never seen this
commercial in the USA, and think it appears in Britain only.

| I saw that commercial on a 20/20 program not too long ago. The
program had to do with the movement against furs.
It was very graffic but sure did make the point.
I would like to see that commercial used here in the states more.

I also think it is a good thing. He made one earlier than the one
I think you saw which said something like
"I takes 10 animals to make this coat, and one to wear it"

| In April I saw a News show which stated that all of the Networks
refused to show the commercial because it was too graphic. If this
commercial is too graphic then about %95 of the television shows
and the News should be ban as well. Lets face it, some humans
are pretty stupid and we have to remind them of the conscequences
of thier actions.

| I also saw a show about this ad. It seems that the networks won't
show the ad for fear of offending some of their sponsors and/or
most affluent viewers.
