    puppies as they grew. Today I really believe that he thinks he's a
    dog!! He would rather lounge around on the couch with three or four 
    dogs than he would with the other two cats!!

    while Pumpkin works the floor pedals.  Ninja always says "More
    gas, Pumpkin"; to which Pumpkin always replies, "We're, we're,
    we're gonna crash!!".

    Kalliste has several nicknames, the first was "Bud".  He was so
    manly as a young adult and this just seemed to fit him.  We still
    great him as "Hey, Bud" and he seems to like it since he purrs.
    Lately he has earned a new nickname "Stud-Man" or "Stud-Muffins"
    which really seems to make him swagger when he walks.
    
    Kyrielle and Lyscentia are so dignified that they haven't earned
    any nicknames (they would die of humiliation if ever refered to
    as anything short of Kyrielle or Lyscentia).
    
    I am getting a new kitten whose registered name is Limoges.  We
    have already nicknamed her MoJo and she hasn't even arrived yet.
    
    Winston is AKA "Winnie the Poo", or "Winnners".  Monroe is AKA
    "Hug-A-Butt" or "Roe-zer".
    
    Kaitlin is AKA "Katy-kins".  Her daughter, Live to Tell is called
    "Livee" or Livee-head"
    
    I basically like to add "head" or "meister" to the ends of all the
    the names.  I have so many cats that we often come up with new
    nicknames everyday.  The above have stood the test of time, so to

      I've already put my silly list in, but I also have 9 dogs, and one of
    them is a Yellow Laborador Retriever who's real name is "Brandy".
    She's a real neat dog, but Lab's are a bit hyperactive to say the
    least. After about three month of her bouncing around and generally
    getting in the way when least expected, her name somehow has gotten
    changed......now we normally call her DAMMITBRANDY!!!

When I was eight, my father brought home a half-Siamese, half-unknown, 
totally black kitten.  My father named him "Siam".

When I was around eighteen, my mother would refer to him as "do vigue
niudu", which means "your black son", in Sicilian dialect.  (The spelling
is approximately phonetic.  Dialects don't usually rate dictionaries.) 

Siam lived into his twenties.  Thank you for reminding me of him.

    NDC--I think this note is a great idea!  I am enjoying reading 
    everyone else's "pet" names (and I thought I was silly!!!)
    So, I have to list Jasper's nicknames.  Although there isn't a 
    whole lot we've been able to do with "jasper".
    
    CUTEKITTY--This is the one we use the most, as he IS a cute kitty
    
    SHADOW FREAK--This cat is CRAZY about moving shadows.  He has picked out
    certain spots in the house where shadows are most noticable.  When
    there's no shadow he'll sit and wait for one.  If he's really
    desparate for fun, he'll jump at the wall shadow or no shadow. 
    Needless to say, he thinks that we should stand and play "SHADOW"
    for hours.
    
    MOUTH--At times he's really mouthy/bossy.
    
    PIGLET--During the begging process for food.
    
    PEACOCK--His tail fans out like a peacock tail.  SO pretty.
    
    HEY YOU!!!--When he so successfully ignores us.
    
    GROUCHY KITTY--EVERY TIME we pick him up he moans and 
    groans about it.  I think he's trying to maintain some
    sense of control over us that he's lost by us picking
    him up.  Another appropriate name at these times
    would be BITCHY KITTY.
    
    KLUTZ--He's not the most coordinated of cats.
    
    We sure do love him though!!
    
    Oh, and when my daughter and I argue about who's kitty
    he REALLY is we volly "MY KITTY" back and forth!!
    I keep threatening to get one kitty for me, but I'm
    afraid I'd lose in that also.

    has been wicked. He is also The Cat With An Opinion On Every Subject.
    
    Sura's main nickname is The Brown Peril. This is because he is brown,
    and is a burmese (a la yellow peril for China). Sura runs the burmese
    mafia, and was very involved in the recent unrest in Burma. Our
    phone bills were very high during this period.

    Smudge has a couple of 'extra' names that we use occasionally - mostly
    extensions -

    Also, she has fluffy white fur which attaches to everything, and she
    seems to get most affectionate when we've just put on some dark
    clothes.  We refer to her attention as 'being Smudged' - as in,
    "Oh, no - I've been Smudged!" :^}

   "Here Pup!"  What a wonderful cat he was. Thankfully, his

    W.W. - Dub, Dubbers, Handsome, Sweetheart, Pest, gimpy kitty (when
           he was recovering from the pelvic bone injury and hobbling
    	   around)
    
    Punjab - Punjabbers, B*tch, Bozo kitty, Porky, Pest, Sh*thead
    
    Barley (the dog)- Hampster brain, pea brain, pest, slut, ugly dog,
    	    pretty girl, mangey mutt............ 
    
    Collectively they are the beasts (or the beastlies) and the bozo

    RE .32 Parties:  They most definately throw parties when we are
    out.  In fact, Spot is the look out, she sits in the window to make
    sure that we are really gone and lets Panther know so that she can
    get on the phone and call her friends and the caterer or Dominos
    for food.  Spot can't dial the phone, her feet are too big!  It
    does give Panther an advantage, Spot has to be nice if she wants
    Panther to call for a pizza delivery.
    
    PS  It's a good thing this is in the Feline Notes or someone would
    show up to carry me away and I'd never see my fur brats again!!!

    re: .67...you know, there IS something about hollering three names
    instead of one!  My boys have 3 names as their registered names
    (Hamilton Bates Farnsworth and Chauncey Coleman Farnsworth) and Julie
    is really Julie Barrett Hall.  All those names sound great when

    POOKIE AND HAPPY MCGrath LOVE DAD.. on the back it has bill the cat..
    I used to have one that says POOKIE  MCGRATH LOVES DAD..when we got
    happy  I got a new shirt..  heh-heh.. it is funny tho.. because
    Pookie will refer to herself as Pookie the Persian-McCurdy-Mcgrath.,
    she also has "instructed" her sister to call herself Happy Hour-
    McCurdy-Mcgrath..Pookie has told me that Happy does much to her
    dismay,, refer to herself as H.H.. and has referred to Pookie
    (among other things)as THE POOKEROO..as you well might imagine
    her RoyalHighness was not amused.. ;*)))..Pookie's "call name"
    is the The Countess Portifiole of Valleyvue...if you whisper
