access the classified section of NOTES?

Add entry TECHNO::CLASSIFIED_ADS (or press KP7 to select). It's
only available during non-business hours

I've been able to access Classifieds during business hours, but
it's really difficult to get through. It's a great idea, but
limited access makes it not worth it.

I'm setting this note /NOWRITE before it turns into a rathole.
Classified ads is a very busy file, and the reason that access is
limited is because the resources it takes up makes it difficult for
people that work on that machine to get their work done.
