    Are there any feliners out there looking for an apartment in the
    Marlboro area?
    
    We have a 5 room, 1st floor apartment available in an owner-occupied
    3 family older house on a quiet dead-end street.
    
    Located in Marlboro, 1 mile from 495 off Rt 20, this apartment has
    gas heat, washer & dryer hookups in the basement, hardwood floors,
    pantry, large eat-in kitchen, storage area, nice yard with pool.
    
    There are 3 indoor and 1 indoor/outdoor cats in residence there
    who I'm sure would welcome another well-taken care of cat.
    
    Our children are now grown and mostly out on their own now so we
    are looking for a family in a similar situation or perhaps 2 quiet
    roommates.
