I have three very loveable cats but they seem to have a "thing"
about munching on curtains. I don't know if it's the scent of the
spray starch on them that they're attracted to but it's an annoying
problem.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions as to what
I can do about it..short of getting rid of my feline friends (which
is TOTALLY out of the question!).

Yes, DO NOT USE any product (laundry soap or spray starch)
with a pretty scent. That's what's attracting them. I
think that's why my Lara like paper towels & T.P - they
are scented. She will also lick faces if judges use
either perfume or after shave !! I would always hope
that the judges would use a scent so she would do her
"Kiss the Judge" routine! The spectators enjoyed it also.
Lara sure did entertain lots of folk during her show career!
