Well, its right at 100 degrees today and I've found the best way to keep
them cool...all four of them were bathed at 11:00 this morning...as it
gets hotter, they will stay cool because they are drying off - natural
air conditioning. Now, if I could just convince them it really is more
fun this way...You sould see the LOOKS I'm getting from four bedraggled,
slightly rodent-looking beasts as they hunker down to wait it out.
One pointer I've learned - I always give a generous dose of fur ball
medicine (petromalt) BEFORE the bath..then as they groom themselves,
they won't start building "the furball that ate cleveland" from all the
loose hair stirred up by the bath.
Now we go through a day of everyone hissing at everyone else because
they all smell WRONG (I rather like the kitty shampoo, but it isn't
their scent so it's not acceptable)...sigh
