Has anyone had any problems with anal sack abscesses? Brutus just had his third abscess and the vet suggested removing the anal sacks and (I think) anal glands. The sacks are unused appendages like our appendix. Brutus is ten years old and a very healthy siamese. He's been under anesthesia to be fixed and to have his teeth cleaned. Karen

1520.1 | How much for a pound of cat cheese? | USMRW2::KSHERMAN | Star Fleet Reserve | Wed Jul 06 1988 16:04 | 9 |
Well, there are problems and there are problems. Several of our cats have chronic "cheese bum," as my wife has dubbed it. Not a health problem, but a real show stopper when they rub their butts on the bedspread or your clothes. On the other hand, if you really like cheese there's no problem! KBS |
