Awhile ago someone was bemoaning the fact that there was a real
uproar when s/he took one cat to the vet and then brought it home
-- it was treated like a "strange" cat for much longer than the
usual day or so. The same thing has happened to Sweetie now. He
was in to have his teeth cleaned, came home a day or so ago and
Holly is still in a snit. I think I know why it is -- sweetie smells
to high heaven of perfume. he was cavorting with the new assistant.
The perfume smell is still obvious to me, so it will probably be
days before it is not obvious to Holly. Usually things quiet down
in a few hours, but not this time.
