| Is there a reason you *need* (as opposed to desperately *want*)
pictures?
Do you simply want high quality memorabilia or do you need the
pics for a specific purpose???

| Wellll , yes Edd, there is a reason. The black and white photos are
for two yearbooks (CFF and Happy Household Pet Cat Club). The
two girls have finished in the CFF National Top Ten - Katenka has
finished National Fifth Best Household Pet and Lara The Lady
had finished National Eighth Best Household Pet. I still can't
publish the CFF National Top Twenty Household Pet list - soon!
At the CFF P.O.P. Awards Banquet Saturday evening (after the 1st day
of the Cat Show in Boston) CFF presents the National Awards and
when an award is given, some color slides of the cat receiving
the award are run for all to see!
These two girls will be easy to shoot - one of them is a real
nut - Lara. She spends most of her time on her back and did
so when she was showing! Katenka is a doll and will play or
pose for anyone with no problem.
I have neitherl the expertise nor the correct equipment to take
anything worth submitting for yearbook pics or for slides. I
have a Cannon Snappy 20 with a flash distance restriction of about
6 or 7 feet and no closeup capability.
If anyone does have the equipment and the expertise, and feels like
having fun, please let me know - I am approaching desperate!!!!!!!
I will pay for all film, developing, and your time - or can go to
a studio if anyone knows of a good and fast one.

can and will travel.

Well Edd???? We know that you have the equipment!! So do I
but I've never taken slides before and I am still getting
used to taking kitty pics. Besides that, I'm booked thru
the weekend!

| Thanks, Karen. I can probably make it since I'll be up in the area
anyway for the large party at your house that I've been sending
out invitations to everyone on the E-net for. Karen's supplying
all the food, drink and transportation!!! Bring your friends...

I'm from outside Worcester, but a nice ride up north on a Saturday
or Sunday to shoot pictures is hardly what I consider a major
imposition...

| Gee, Edd, I know how much you're looking forward to throwing Karen's
party, but...
I can personally recommend Pawtraits, in Milford NH. They are
professional pet photogs and do an incredible job. I had Honey's
'pawtrait' done there and they have used him for several modeling
assignments (until he turned into a horse!). They're expensive,
but they are fantastic.

I believe that Olan Mills in Manchester, NH, happily does
professional portraits of all pets. They're not frightfully
expensive either.

O.K. folks, you all seem to be sligtly confused. When Bandit
and I talked to Edd we told him that it was a kitties only party!!!
No humans allowed. And Aja, Edd got it all screwed up. Mandy,
I hope you are as cute as you sound cause even though I don't
have what it takes, I still like females!!! Hubba Hubba! You
can bring Koko too if you want but all kitties under the age
of 4 months have to stay in the small bedroom. Pookie, are you
bringing the catnip??? Mom NEVER buys us that stuff and we have
been dying to catch a buzz!!! Aja, Bandit thinks you sound cute
and he would love to meet you!! (don't tell him I said so tho
cause he is shy). Thunder, Lightening and DejaVu, make sure you
guys bring plenty of Bonkers!!! Mom hid the box on us and we
can't find it!!
Now, you wild cats are probably wondering what the agenda is! First
we are going to roll around in the catnip and once we get the munchies
we will eat the Bonkers!! We are going to play "Pin the Tail" on
Bandit but first we have to figure out how to get his tail off!
This should be a great game because Bandit has the HUGEST TAIL!!
Then we are going to play caps. I've been storing up beer caps
for weeks now and I'll get them out and we can run around with them
playing hockey on the kitchen floor and chasing them down the
stairs. Then we will have races. The course will be complicated
and will involve 2 flights of stairs with many obstacles like the
lamps, the chairs, maybe even the T.V. and a couple of plants.
Everybody bring their favorite toys and we will have a wild rockin
time!! I can't wait! And neither can Bandit!!

Of course you're invited!! All KITTIES are invited!! We don't
have a guest list. You just have to be a kitty! What are you
bringing??? We need LOTS of Catnip, lots of Bonkers and Pounce,
some live birds and mice would be nice if you guys get to go
outdoors. We don't so if you bring us some live ones we can
all practice!! Sasha the rabbit can come to!! I like Rabbits,
yum, yum.....

| GREAT! We'll be there! we'll make sure that mom buys us some catnip
when she goes shopping!
Silver says that she'll bring her toys. She has her favorite little
mouse, that actually looks like a real mouse! maybe we can practice
on that.
LB (which as far as we're concerned stands for "Little Brat") says
that she'll the food. She'll grab some chicken off of mom's plate
and hide it. she's GREAT at doing that!
Micki won't be around until Sunday. Besides, she's too little to
play with us big kids!
I'll bet I can get a live bird for us to practice on! Mom won't
miss Charlie TOO much!

| Oh great! Can you make sure there are bells-in-balls coz' that stupid
human of ours just put his big foot on my last one again! I'll bring my
fake mouse and my drink bowl where I give it swimming lessons in, and
ofcourse, my most favourite toy......Omar! I'll show you how you can
make him go after you even though he wants to sleep.... and how you can
fake he's an airport and you're a plane when he decides to sleep after
all.... I'm particularly interested in climbing in a screen, everytime
I do that at home I get squirted with that stupid plant spout... BTW
you know that dogs (little ones) are the only things Omar really wants
to play football with? Oh and one more thing, can you get your human
to make sure there are some plants in the house...ours are all placed
out of reach, can you believe that? See ya!

Mom THINKS that all her hanging plants are out of reach but
we are great jumpers and can get them and she also has one on the
floor that we can dig in. Its huge!!
