On All Things Considered this morning there was an article about the passing of "Britian's Cat Laureate", Wiberforce. This cat had originally come to Number 10 Downing Street in 1973 when Heath was Prime Minister. He continued to be the resident mouse catcher until his recent death. The article went on to say that he had the longest residence at #10 Downing since Lord Livermore back in the early 1800s. Bonnie
