| Hey Bandit,
What does Karen mean, no more shredding? Didn't you follow
my advice and start using your teeth? I use my teeth all the time
(even though I do still have my claws) and it works GREAT! So far
I have shredded two whole rolls of paper towels and have emptied
umpteen boxes of kleenex for mom! Get with it, Kid! Use your TEETH!

Hmm, that was Karen Luby's note and I know she replied, maybe they
are also Karen Luby's replies that are deleted.
Now that I think of it, I haven't seen any of Karen Luby's notes
since that flaming with one of the moderators. Perhaps Karen deleted
some (all???) of her notes in anger?

| Yes Sharon, they were Karen's notes and I believe that only
she can delete her own notes.
Boy, I wish people wouldn't flame at moderators. I think that
they work pretty hard keeping us in notes files. I also think
that they have the right to express themselves (which they don't
often do probably because they ARE moderators and feel that they
should be neutral observers).
I felt badly that a newcomer to the notesfile had to come in at
that time, but we all have the right to go off our feed occasionally.
Hope that the new noter will try again soon. We seem to be back
on course again.

Well technically, so can a moderator (no accusations here). I did
a dir/author=luby *.* and came up with plenty, up until May 9th,
so it seems Karen did not delete all her notes. I don't know why
she deleted her basenote and replies, as of yesterday at least she
had not found a roommate as she was still posting her roommate needed
note in Classified.

Ummm, I'm not going to get into a fight about who started the flaming,
but let's just say that it would be nice if people wouldn't flame
at people in general. But I doubt that will ever stop, I myself
am to blame for a few.

| It is really auful that we have driven Karen away. I for one really
enjoyed her notes about Bandit and T.K.. In fact, I remember replying
to a few that Silver had done the same thing, and I CERTAINLY don't
neglect my kitties.
Karen, I don't think that it was Deb that set the note no/write.
There are two moderators to this conference. That note should have
been set no/write much sooner. There is was no reason for the flaming
that went on. You're right Karen, some people do jump to conclusions.

of this conference. That note is 632. Anyone wishing to comment
on recent activities (pro or con) or on other issues relating
to moderation are encouraged to pursue the issue there.
