When I saw the base note this morning, I sent mail to the author suggesting
that FELINE was not the most appropriate place for the ad and have not
heard a response. I don't really feel right about deleting notes without
the author's permission. Once this gets resolved, I will be more than
happy to delete the base note and all of it's replies if no one objects.

> Think she'll ever open this conference again?
Uh, while I know the people in this conference are probably a cut
above the rest when it comes to compassion, it seems like there's
an awful lot of sport being made of someone who probably made a
simple mistake.
The idea of spandex clad cats on 10 speeds *is* humorous...
Could we let it slide? Maybe have the moderator delete the whole
string and let the discspace be recovered?
Maybe?

Personally, I think we are having fun with the idea of a cat
on a ten-speed rather than making fun of someone who placed
the ad.
As a Garfield fan an other cat comic material I have been
getting a good chuckle out of the creative replys and never
heard anyone personlly attack the original noter.
Well, that 's just my two=cents worth...

Edd knows when to shut-up. Actually, he went out and bought me a
brand new 12 speed Friday! Real flashy red! I let him ride it
Saturday, but since he's not home all day, you can bet I'll be
squeezin' into my spandex and headin' out for a cruise everyday.
Tell Cinamon the best part of riding a trike is when *he* gets to
pedal and you guys are in the trailer...
Edd's still laughing at the thought of two furry terrorists on a
tricycle...
