    For twelve years Maggie has been telling me this.  Directing the
    entire process whenever I make pizza...letting me know when I've
    taken too many liberties with the basic concept.  Telling me what
    she thinks of the various take-away pizza places we've done business
    with [her *Feline-Seal-of-Approval* goes to 'Say Cheese' in Amherst,
    NH]
    
    And for twelve years I've been very skeptical. It seems that I owe
    her a most abject apology.
    
    You see, last night I made pizza.  [As usual, Maggie supervised from
    her perch on the trash can.]  When I carried the pizza into the
    living room, much to my suprise my new baby Milo popped in from
    his trip to the Kitten Zone to sniff and purr.  When I told him
    it was pizza and not for him, he sat right down on the arm of the
    couch and began to relate how cats had invented pizza in the time
    before the pharoahs and how the proper preparation of pizza has,
    ever since, been imbedded in the race memory of cats ever since.
    
    [I know that Maggie didn't put it up to it, because it's only been
    a week that he's lived with us and she has only progressed as far
    as the 'Just remember, kid, that _I_ was here first' stage.]
    
    Boy oh boy is MY face red!

    So that's why Calli has so much to say about frozen pizza...

    Now I know why Edgar Yuck, Yuck, Yuck's when we make pizza.  He
    likes to inspect the sauce, he wants real tomatoes!!!

    I'm still laughing.  Sounds like some of these "parents" have taken
    a trip to the Twilight Zone.  
    
    Corkie only likes Dominoes pizza!

Sherlock hasn't much to say about pizza, but just ask him about lasagne
    or manicotti!
