| Having just gotten off the phone with every McDonald's in Nashua
(and there are thousands!), they have the glass ones up here, but
everyone is out of the week 1 and 2 mugs. I can get a few week
3 and 4's but you'll have to find the first 2 from someone else!
Anyone out there with spare glass week 1 and 2??

| I understand that Massachusetts has plastic and New Hampshire has
glass because of the lead content of the "paint" on the mug. Guess
the 2 states have different rules.

| Lead paint is illegal in all 50 states. The manager of a McD's
up here tells me that the distribution is done on a regional basis
and whatever the distributor ordered, the store's get! He also
mentioned that there are two TV commercials, one with plastic shown,
the other with glass shown, that both air in the Boston market,
so that just adds to the confusion. So who knows????
I still have a complete set of the original McDonald glasses...the
ones that were pulled nationwide because of lead paint. I don't
think they'd make that mistake twice!
Anyway, this week's mug at my local is the teeter-totter. If I
can pick some up for some of you, send me a mail message.

| Can anyone direct me to a McDonald's that has the plastic mugs?
I live in Nashua, NH and all the McDonald's here have only the
glass mugs.

| Yes. Head south! The eastern Mass. McD's have plastic...
If you've got glass ones you wanna swap, there are several noters
out that who will swap with you!
