| | Keith,

Don't know where you are located, but I have shown Himmys on the
East coast and occasionally come across a Chartreaux entered in
the shows (CFA). The breed doesn't seem to have a large contingent
in the North Atlantic region. I'm not sure I've laid eyes on one
in person since I don't follow the short cat judging very closely
unless I have a friend showing in a particular class. If any are
entered in our August show (preceding note), I'll let you know where
    the owner/cat team lives.

| | Keith,
I'm located in California and know a breeder out here who might
have some kittens available. Her name is Debbie Rexelle. I see
her at shows all the time (CFA recently accepted the breed for
championship competition). Try looking for her ad in the cat
magazines and if that doesn't work, send me mail and I will get
    her number for you.

Jo Ann...who just stopped by the office to pick up a pay stub!!

| | Well I've read up all about the Chartreaux breed but I still have
a question. Does anyone have any experience with them personally?
I currently have two cats, one a blue point siamese named Amanda
and a stray black cat I adopted (or I should really say he adopted
me one winter night, named Sebastian. They are anxiously awaiting
to see if there will be a new addition to our cat family!

    Thanks again. Keith R>
