    Cats need new apartment(we have decided to take our person
    with us). The four of us and our human would like a 
    2 BR with W/D connections in the greater Maynard area(30
    mile driving distance). Our human and us have all of
    our own furniture,rugs, applicances etc. We would like a
    quite place preferably first floor as our human has
    a bad paw. We have to move as the landlord is converting
    a two family back to a one family. We have excellent
    refernces as does our human having lived in the same place
