1. I have read Note # 5. Henery Tumblin is no longer breeding Maine Coons. 2. I have had my name on Starlee's list for pick of the current litter. Just found out that they are all tabbies - I want a black or a white, or mostly white (calico would be nice). I would like to take delivery this winter, after mid-December but before Spring. Pet quality, m or f, will be neutered, will be outside at times. 3. I'm one of the contract people getting the ax, so I will have to make any contact thru Notefile before I leave 12/31/85. N. HI, WE GOT AN EIGHT MONTH OLD WHITE MAIN COON CAT FROM STARLEE CATTERIES IN STONEHAM IN APRIL. I'M ON THEIR LIST FOR A BLACK ONE NOW. Sequel: I visited Prettypuss Cattery in Plaistow, NH and saw their latest litter. There were two blacks with white paws and muzzle, about 10 days old, just opening their eyes. Both males. Plus 3 gray tabbies in the litter. I found out about Lori Hoglund, Thorndike, Maine, who has unpapered Coons out in her barn. At $75 vs. the $225 that I'm paying, worth considering. Lori sounds delightful on the phone. But, after finding out about her current litter(s) and considering the drive to 30 NE of Augusta in late December, I bit the bullet and placed a deposit on Copernicus, Copy for short, at Prettypuss. I'm not impressed with the Prettypuss people, but that's imaterial since they are moving to the mid-west and this was their last litter of Coons. Lori Hoglund is at (207) 568-3627. *chris* | |||||

get a Maine Coon in the UK?
Ragdolls as well?
Can we get them over here?
Are they extortionately priced?
Thinking of getting one soon maybe, when I've moved.
