    	Hi,
    
    	We have a customer w/ a problem to synchronize his DTE. Our
    Communication Company are asking about two parameters:
    
    	- Response Timeout
    	- Delay Timer
    
    	I'd like to know how to CHECK these parameters on the PSI on VAX
    VMS 5.5-2. Can I change these parameters?? How??? If I use the new
    X.25??
