We'd like to upgrade the MFG_TOOLS application to generate RS274-X Gerber
files.  There is a toolshed application (GBRX, written by Marty Venner)
which does it now.  We'd just remove the code from the current MFG_TOOLS
and replace it with the code from GBRX.  Please respond if you have 
any problems with this.

I have included the release message for the GBRX tool.

				GBRX
				====

	GBRX can generate Gerber RS274X format files of the artwork
	layers, drills, and documentation sheets (Edit Drawing).

	This new format has several advantages over existing VLS Gerber
	files, and our vendors have indicated that they prefer them because:

	    - units are defined within the Gerber file
	    - apertures are stored within the Gerber file
	    - custom apertures are defined explicitly
	    - fill areas are no longer stroked (a frequent source of error)

	NOTE: THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES THE LATEST VLSRTLs FROM CADSE.

	Programs can be copied from:

	    DPE1::TOOLSHED50:GBRX_MAIN.EXE,.HLB,.HLP	(VLS 5.0)
	    DPE1::TOOLSHEDAXP:GBRX_MAIN.EXE,.HLB,.HLP	(VLS Alpha)

	The new gerber files are compatible with the CAM350 tool, however
	they are not compatible with PVIEW.

	Version 1.1 has been enhanced to convert illegal fill areas into
	one or more legal fill areas.  By illegal fill areas I mean areas
	that may do one or more of the following:

	    - an area boundary has zero length segments
	    - an area boundary zigzags along some of its segments
	    - an area boundary is pinched off to create isolated regions
	    - an area boundary crosses over itself to create isolated regions

	Programs can be copied from:
