I'm having a problem running the Oracle installer for ODBC WIN 95 RDB Driver. When the installer begins to install the driver and a dialog box title "Analyzing Dependencies for Oracle ODBC (Win95) Driver for RDB". A tab shows up on the bottom of the screen title "DATECHKW" The systems hangs up in this dialog box. When I click the tab DATECHKW to end the install attempt I get a notification that "Error opening C:\MY C:\MY was not found" "ODBC 3220.vrf(246) Unbound environmental variable "ModResult" Has anybody had luck with installing the Windows95 ODBC RDB driver from the Oracle Web site and getting past the "Analyzing Dependencies" dialog box? Marshall

A noter in the Oracle conference suggested I download the driver into a directory other than mydocuments, as there are problems using long directory names. This worked! |
