5549.0. "POP server - bind permission denied..." by SSDEVO::WOOD (I'm so confident I'm sane.) Thu May 29 1997 11:40
Running UCX V4.1 ECO 4 on VMS V6.2 - enabled the POP server but when I try and
start it or talk to it I get this error in the log file. Any help?

| Sounds like the ucx$pop_server.exe image is not installed. It should be
installed like:
$ install list/fu ucx$pop_server
DISK$OPENVMSVAX:<SYS1.SYSCOMMON.SYSEXE>.EXE
UCX$POP_SERVER;3 Prv
Entry access count = 1

You probably configured the pop service on a running UCX system without
restarting UCX.
