UCX$NTPD.LOG is not being created on a daily basis
consistently! I found it to be my case with V4.1 on VAX/OVMS 7.1;
A customer also claimed that a new NTP log was created on his
V7.1/UCX V4.1 Eco 2, while no new log on his V6.1/UCX V4.1 Eco 4
system.
I realized this is a mundane question, but the customer
points out the daily creation of the NTP log is the advertised
feature! you know how picky some customer can be!
