    Hello,
    
    UCX V4.1 PAT8 seems to be broken, I saw that something was added in the
    UCX$SHUTDOWN procedure to avoid the hanging shutdown when logged in on
    a TELNET connection, but the procedure does not seem to work. Here is
    what I get when doing a shutdown on a VAX VMS 7.0 :
    
    $ ucx sho vers
    
      Digital TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS VAX Version V4.1 - ECO Level 5
      on a VAXstation 3100/GPX running OpenVMS V7.0
    
    $ @ucx$shutdown
