Customer wants the following suggestions passed to engineering:  

Please define in ucx a scratch directory where it puts E-mail messages until 
they are delivered. The control file currently goes to the users own directory.
Customer wants to control what directory it goes to.
  

Also If the symbiont cannot find Temp file.  Don't abort. Put queue entry as
retained on error file not file not found.  This second suggest came about 
because customers users are deleting the Control File in their directories
before the symbiont can deliver the message.
