	Hy,

	A customer have a crash like this two moth before, and install the last
	eco for UCX, 4.1 ECO5, but the problem appears again.

	Talk with Oracle people and said that nothing reported about this.

	I started to take a look at this, but I'm helpless without a dump. You said that this has been reported before? If it has, did you provide a dump? Also, can you supply the IPMT case number?
