    Hi,
    
    I have a customer that just upgraded UCX from 4.0 ECO 1 to 4.1 ECO 4 on
    his VAX/VMS 6.2 system.  He has a 3rd party application that now
    generates an ACCVIO at location UCX$IPC_SHR+9487.  TO get his
    application working, he copied the 4.0-10C UCX$IPC_SHR.EXE image to
    replace his 4.1 image.
    
    I'm not sure how to gather more information or even elevate this
    problem.  Can an engineer let me know what code instruction this would
    be via link map or source code listing?  I saw a new IPC_SHR for the
    Alpha system.  Any chance of testing this customer application against
    a later IPC_SHR image?
    
    Thanks for any help with this problem.  Also, should I try to have this
    customer generate a process dump and use the dump file as part of the
    elevation if one needs to be done?
