    Has this come back in another form ?
    
    Note:  Customer swears they do not have SMBSRVSHR logical defined 
           on their VAX.
          
           I have also seen note 
    
    Customer is running TCP/IP Services for OPENVMSVAX V4.1 ECO 4
    on a VAX with OpenVMS VAX 6.1 - VAX 4705
