	Will try again. I have smtp queues only on my alpha systems going
	into stopped state when smtp mail is sent or trying to send. I have
	for days been monitoring smtp queues and requeuing entries to process
	on my Vax systems that run smtp queues. These machines are all part
	of same cluster. Does anyone know if delta-time patch for Openvms would
	have any impact on this problem as it is the ONLY thing that has 	
        changed? included is smtp_logfile.log that shows error encountered.
	Also getting tons of ucx$smtp_symbiont.dmp files. Can ANYONE shed
	some light on why this is happening and how to resolve this?
