    I am running OpenVMS 6.1 on a VAX 3500 and have two ethernet cards
    for future use a s a firewall. I am having a problem with UCX. The
    error message is a s foloows:
    The internet driver and ACP were successfully loaded.
    Failed to start the internet software.
    NONAME-W-NOMSG message #000000
    startup request completed.
    
    ANy one know why I cannot start the interet software ??
