Hello,

Customer running UCX V4.1 ECO 2 on an Alpha system is experiencing INSVIRTMEM
errors trying to run an image using "set displ/node=xxx/trans=tcpip"

I looked into his system and found out pagefile quota of UCX$INET_ACP
to be 0 at "sho proc /id=<id-of-INETACP>/quota".

At UCX startup pagefile quota for the INET_ACP process is not defined at the
run/detach command. So the PQL_DPGFLQUOTA is being used (default 65536).

Does the INET_ACP need more quota? Is there a memory leak somewhere?
