I am not sure what your problem is:

You say it is ok this way. So what is your problem with using these
settings?

> Message from user SYSTEM on RAYO
> UCX$TELNETSYM - (TORLAS_A3) Open (QIOW to connect, IOSB status)
> "tornos_a3:9100:connect to network object rejected

This can be normal. Maybe another system is printing on the printer.

> "tornos_a3:9100:device timeout

Maybe the printer is switched of at this time. Can you still ping the
printer?

Can you give some more info on what the problem is this customer is
actually experiencing?

I'm sorry for my description, I'll try again.
My customer sends jobs to print to a network printer via
    telnetsymbiont.
When he sends some jobs to print the queue becomes stalled, I revised
the logical values to see if they were the problem, but the queue
stills stalled, so the problem he's experiencing is that he can't get
his hobs printed. The printer is not off.
He'd like to know what to do so that he can get his jobs printed.
The messages I gave you, are the messages he gets in console when
    trying to print.
    I hope this helps now.

Is this also the moment when he gets the reject and device timeout
messages? If so, I would suspect a problem at the printer side.

However there was a recent bug in the telnetsymbiont where the queue would
go to the stalled state if one would print multiple files in one print job.
But I don't think with this problem there were any reject or device timeout
messages.

What kind of printer is this customer using? Is the supplier of this
printer also involved in this case?

Oswald

Thanks for your help, my customer has resolved the problem.
He had the axp and the printers in different segments , now he has
moved to the same segment and all works correctly, I don't know why.
    Anyway, thanks for your help
