	Sorry for the delay in answering. This problem of losing the AST quota is fixed in the latest ECO kits for both V4.0 and V4.1. Your observation that the problem is only seen if the rsh command is done from a UNIX system is not entirely correct. The problem is seen whenever the client system specifies an error connection and if during the processing of the rsh command on the server , the server has to write data to the error connection. In that case we were losing one unit of AST quota. Robert Rappaport
