Well better late than never. To review (since this is an old case) the SMTP symbiont was crapping out with a %%%%%%%%%%%% 24-JUL-1995 15:05:15.69 %%%%%%%%%%%% %STR-F-ILLSTRCLA, illegal string class %%%%%%%%%%%% 24-JUL-1995 15:05:15.87 %%%%%%%%%%%% %SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=00, virtual address=00000004, PC=000F1B6D, PSL=03C00000 Recently this problem was reported again and I was able to track it down. It is a known problem that is described in note 792 of the VMSNOTES_V10 notes archive. That's at: VAXAXP::NOTES$:[NOTES$ARCHIVE]VMSNOTES_V10.NOTE. There is a patch kit to fix the problem. It is given in 792.11 |
