| Thanks Andrew. I should have tried the internal AltaVista before I went
public, but I vaguely thought that - although unsupported - SDMLWEB
V2.0 might have some more recent documentation somewhere more official
than /testlab

Well, actually I just looked at the distribution kit and it includes a
PostScript file of the user's guide, butthe installation procedure
doesn't do anything with it! I guess I could fix that... :-)
