Did you ftp the kit from one of our machines, as per note 8.6, or was
this ordered for one of our customers through the normal Oracle
distribution channels?

the kit is FTP copied from a node mentioned in 8.6.

Peter,
I've been trying to get the V6.0-11 documents moved into the ftp
directory, but I didn't hear from the writer on Friday. I will check
this morning (Monday).
In the meantime, if you or your customer has a copy of the V6.0-0
installation guide, that will work just fine.

directory, from where you may copy them:
