    I would imagine the Australian conservatives are like Canadian ones,

Canberra.  The voters were presented with a group called (something like)

Blecch.  Erk. The guy looks like an undertaker (or one of the clients) who is 
in need of a really good wash.  One of the oily types. The cartoonists loved 
him though - and he was a good clothes horse (nice suits etc).
