    Only if things are not going too well, such as the rains not coming
    or storms damaging the crops.  Even then, it's more usual to burn an
    enemy in a wicker cage or garrote a criminal and toss him in the bog.
    
    If things are going OK, the druids visit the sacred groves and cut
    mistletoe, bringing it back to the stone circle ti initiate a festival
    of art, music and dancing,  Offerings of metalwork might be made to
    thank the gods - typically tossed into a body of water.
