seriously, the problem appears to be one of distribution, rather than
the amount available. Fix the distribution issues, and then we can
see.
I believe feeding people and nothing else is counter-productive,
though. Helping people get their own crop systems back under control,
rather than trucking in rice, millett and soybeans strikes me as a
better way to go. Somalia was self-sufficient, until the dust-up which
drove people off the land and then broke down most of the normal
family farms, and village culture that enabled farming in this area.

Well, I helped today.
Six of us had brunch today at Locke-Ober.
It was the Greater Table's Annual Super Hunger Brunch to
benefit the Greater Boston Food Bank and OXFAM America.

Those who are multi-millionares more often than not help others by
creating businesses. These business create jobs for the workers. The
workers pay helps others by them buying stuff.
Without multi-millionares creating jobs, the economy would
collapse. There is no way in the world an economy controlled by
government (which is what we would have without multi-millionares)
would survive.
