SOAPBOX will be moving soon, most likely this weekend.
The new host node will be BACK40:: instead of PEAR::.
An empty notesfile will be created on PEAR with a pointer
to the new notesfile, so nobody should get lost.
If your system doesn't know about BACK40, whack your system manager.
There will certainly be some hiccups while the new system has
its expectations properly set about workloads, etc.
SOAPBOX will also be available via TCP/IP at back40.zko.dec.com.

Since this is a new host, things might go wrong. Please

Soapbox will suffer a powerdown at 14:30 today, Thursday.
It should be back up by 18:00.
If not, well, it might not be back up until after Christmas.

ZKO is having another power shutdown.
Starting at 17:00 to 20:00 on 30-Dec-1994, Soapbox
will be unavailable. If things go wrong, it will not\
be up until after the 1st.

TCP/IP notes access to back40.zko.dec.com has been disabled.
This will not solve the dropped DECnet links that are occuring;
that appears to be a ZKO network problem that is being worked.
This MAY solve the "I can't get in" problem. The problem is that
all 5 allowed notes servers are classified as "full" (32 links)
but there don't appear to be that many (160) links. This only
started happening when I enabled tcp/ip access.
We'll revisit this problem in a week or so.

Soapbox was down for backup of the cluster's disks.
It will probably be down tomorrow (Tuesday, 6 Jun) some
as well.

The annual(?) ZKO site shutdown will occur this weekend (21/22-Oct).
BACK40:: and Soapbox will be off the 'net from Friday afternoon
to Monday morning.
