    To DBI product management.

    Please provide ALL manuals on the cdrom kit A51032-01, and not only
    the installation guides/byi letters.

    We in support already spend/loose tons of time sending eco kits to
    customers. Do not force us to do the same for documentation, in order
    to keep the customer happy. Hardcopy documentation has to be
    additionally payed for these days.

    Our time is better spent working 'real' problems.
