Lars from Novo has asked why he has not had answers to the last 4 QARs
he has submitted on DBI version 7.0 FT?
He says replies are usually so fast and he has not been notified that
the QAR database is closed.

Thanks for reply. Seems message did not get to Lars. Are his QARs lost?
Should I ask him to resend via normal support or will they get handled
correctly?
Still need an answer to 1140. This problem is hurting CT. They are
starting to review the whole solution, so an early reply or a special
image could make a lot of difference.
